OUR STORY
A symphony of timeless tastes and a mother’s warmth
Rooted in tradition, nurtured by legacy
Asmahan was born when mothers from one family, united their love for food to share the authentic essence of Palestinian and Algerian cuisines. This isn’t just a business; it’s an ode to maternal feasts and age-old family traditions. Here, these women turn their culinary passion into a legacy. Each dish tells a story, weaving together the endearing hospitality, generosity, and celebratory spirit that Palestinian and Algerian traditions hold dear.
From marriage feasts to special delicacies for new births, every festivity finds its flavor at Asmahan. Our offerings aim to bridge cultures, invite gatherings, and celebrate life, just as our ancestors did through their poetry, songs, and food.

Meet
SEHAM
Our culinary maestro
From the alleys of Algeria to the heart of Palestine, Chef Seham’s culinary journey is as rich as the dishes she curates. Born in Algeria, Seham’s love for cooking was kindled at the tender age of 6. Her early years saw her nurturing a talent that would, in time, become her calling. Marriage took her from her Algerian roots to Palestine, marrying not only a life partner but also two distinct culinary cultures.
Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, Seham bridges the gap between time-honored traditions and contemporary tastes. Her role at Asmahan is beyond being a head chef; she is the heartbeat of our kitchen. Every dish, curated with love and expertise, carries her unique signature, echoing her unwavering commitment and passion for the culinary arts.
